Have you ever tried savoury oats? Grab a bottle of Babushka’s Kefir, available at selected #Woolworths Supermarkets and Metro stores and get cooking!
INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup Babushka’s Natural Kefir 1/4 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup water Large pinch of parmesan cheese (or more if you please!) 1 fried egg Avocado Jalapeño pickles Fresh coriander Salt & pepper Squeeze of lime juice
METHOD 1. Combine kefir, oats, parmesan, water and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and then reduce to simmer for 5 minutes, mixing as you go. 2. When the oats are cooked and creamy, place them in a bowl and top with the avocado, jalapeño pickles, coriander, fried egg, a squeeze of lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. 3. Enjoy!
